Confidentiality acknowledgement
This document and the system it describes (the "Materials") are the confidential and proprietary property of Mrktplace Ltd, provided solely to enable the named recipient to evaluate the handover of the Rural Ibiza Stays platform. By entering you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will keep the Materials strictly confidential.
- You will not copy, distribute, publish or disclose the Materials to any third party without prior written consent.
- The Materials are provided for evaluation only and confer no licence or ownership until a signed handover agreement is in effect.
- Your name, email, IP address and access time are recorded and watermarked onto every page for audit purposes.
This access acknowledgement does not replace the mutual NDA to be executed by the parties.
